摘要
我国已建水电工程中,有些埋置在料堆中的带式输送机栈桥立柱,在运行过程中往往发生过大的变形,以致影响栈桥正常使用。总结国内已实施的十几座大型砂石料堆场的设计运行实践,介绍堆场中带式输送机栈桥的布置、结构形式及结构计算,提出了堆场中带式输送机栈桥设计需要注意的问题及考虑料流压力影响的设计方法。
In domestic completed hydropower projects, large displacement of columns of a belt conveyor trestle structure embedded in aggregate occurred, which influences the trestle's normal operation. We summarize the operation and design practices of dozens of completed aggregate yards in China, and pay attention to the layout, structure types and structural calculation of the belt conveyor trestle structure. The notable problems in the design of belt conveyor trestle structure and the design method consid- ering the influence of aggregate flow pressure are proposed.
