构皮滩水电站水库移民区经济发展初探

Preliminary discussion on economic development and reservoir resettlement of Goupitan Hydropower Station

水库移民是一个特殊的社会群体,移民安置的好坏,直接关系到移民安置区的社会稳定和发展。以乌江构皮滩水电站库区移民为例,介绍了库区的移民安置规划。对于移民后期的扶持问题,认为,国家在对大中型水库移民进行后期扶持的同时,要继续从其他渠道筹措资金,重点加强基本口粮田、农田水利设施配套、交通和社会事业等方面的基础设施建设,加强生态建设、环境保护,加强劳动力就业技能培训和职业教育,才能从根本上解决好移民安置的长远发展问题。

Taking the resettlement work of Goupitan Hydropower Station on Wujiang River as an example, we mainly introduce the resettlement planning of the reservoir area. For subsequent support, we believe that the government should raise fund from multiple sources to assist the development of water conservancy of basic farmland, and other social undertakings such as commu- nication and infrastructure; more attention should be paid on ecological construction, environmental protection, employability skill training, and vocational training. Therefore, we can solve the problems of sustainable development of reservoir resettlement successfully.
