本文从遗传、环境、免疫、精神因素等方面简述了克罗恩病的发病机制。同时,介绍了针刺、艾灸不同治疗方法治疗克罗恩病的临床以及实验研究概况,总结了研究中存在的问题,并就针灸治疗克罗恩病的思路与方法提出一些设想。

This article sketches out the pathogenesis of Crohn disease from heredity, environment, immunity and psychological factors. Meanwhile, it provide a survey of clinical and experimental researches on different acupuncture-moxibustion treatments for Crohn disease, sununarizes the problems existent in the researches and puts forward some ideas about acupuncture-moxibustion treatments for Crohn disease.
