针药并用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察针药并用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组法将194例糖尿病神经病变的患者分为治疗组(予固本通络的电针疗法联合黄芪注射液穴位注射)和对照组(予西药弥可保口服),疗程为2个星期。观察患者在治疗前后神经症状评分、MDNS评分、NIS-LL评分、SF-36生活质量(QOL)量表评分,以及神经传导速度、血流变学等指标的变化情况。结果治疗组在神经症状评分、MDNS评分、NIS-LL评分、SF-36生活质量(QOL)量表评分等方面明显改善(P<0.05),神经传导速度明显提高(P<0.05),血流变学某些指数明显降低(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针药并用可以改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状和体征,提高患者的生活质量,具有简便、有效、不良反应小的优点。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods One hundred and ninety-four patients with diabetic neuropathy were randomly allocated to a treatment group （body resistance-strengthening and meridian-unblocking electroacupuncture plus acupuncture point injection of Radix Astragali） and a control group （oral administration of Methycobal）. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The neurological symptom score, MDNS score, NIS-LL score and SF-36 quality of life （QOL） scale score were counted and nerve conduction velocity and hemorheological parameters were measured in the patients before and after treatment. Results In the treatment group, the neurological symptom score, MDNs score, NIS-LL score and SF-36 quality of life （QOL） scale score improved significantly （P 〈0.05）, nerve conduction velocity increase dsignificantly （P〈0.05） and some hemorheological parameters decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions A combined treatment with acupuncture and medicine can markedly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and raise the quality of life in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It has the advantages of being simple, convenient, effective and of slight adverse effect.
