摘要
由于芳纶具有很高的玻璃化温度和结晶度,致使芳纶纤维染色非常困难。低温等离子体对芳纶纤维表面进行处理有可能解决芳纶染深色的问题。利用低温等离子体设备在不同工艺条件下,对芳纶织物进行表面改性,并优化最佳工艺条件;通过对处理前后芳纶纤维的机械性能、化学性能的测试,纤维表面结构对比分析等,找出亲水性的基团。因此,本实验在研究低温等离子体对芳纶表面改性处理的前提下,研究其物理化学性能的变化以及探讨低温等离子体处理芳纶织物前后染色性能的变化。本课题的研究将解决芳纶染色的难题,为芳纶的开发应用有积极的推动作用。
Because aramid fibres have very high glass transition temperature and crystallization degree,it is very difficult to dye.This problem can be solved by surface modification using plasma treatment.We used low temperature plasma to treat aramid fibres under different technological conditions,and the process conditions were optimized.Through testing the mechanical and chemical properties and comparing morphological structures of the fibres before and after the treatment,the hydrophilic groups in the fibres were found.Therefore,the experiment is devoted to investigating the change of physiochemical properties of aramid fibres brought about by low temperature plasma treatment as well as the dyeing property of the fibres before and after treatment,The study will resolve the dyeing problem of aramid fibres and promote their development and application.
