摘要
研究几种有机酯类化合物对分散染料在聚乳酸纤维上的上染率和织物色深值的影响。发现乙酸正戊酯显著改善聚乳酸纤维的染色性能,但易出现染色不均匀现象。为此,采用转相乳化法制得有效成分为乙酸正戊酯的染色促进剂:乙酸正戊酯含量100mL/L,Tween20(相对乙酸正戊酯体积比)5%~6%,乳化温度40~60℃,转速10000r/min。所制得的染色促进剂环保且性能稳定,显著提高分散染料在聚乳酸纤维上的上染率,且得色均匀。
The effect of several organic esters compounds on the dye uptake and depth of shade of PLA fibres dyed with disperse dyes are studied,and it is found that n-amyl acetate can improve the dyeability of the fibres significantly,but tends leading to uneven dyeing.Therefore,an accelerant is prepared by phase transitional emulsifying with the dosage of n-amyl acetate 100mL/L,Tween20(volume ratio on n-amyl acetate)5~6%,emulsifying temperature 40~60℃,rmp10000.The accelerant thus obtained is stable,and obviously improves the uptake of disperse dyes on PLA fibres with good evenness.
