摘要
介绍了水下网络中心战概念,阐述了美军水下网络中心战技术发展现状与趋势,提出支持水下网络中心战的信息系统的组成与功能以及内部信息关系,分析了系统特点与作战效能,最后指出系统实现的关键问题与技术,为支持水下网络中心战的信息系统建设提供参考。
The paper first introduces the concept of Underwater Net-Centric Warfare （UWNCW） and the status quo and the tendency of the development of UWNCW of the US navy. Then,it de- scribes the architecture and the functions of a UWNCW information system and the relationship between the internal information. It also analyses the characteristics and the operational effective- ness of the system. Finally, the paper points out the key points and technologies underlying the system,which can be used as useful guidance to building a UWNCW information system.
