The operational capacity of a C4ISR system can be ensured and improved by managing and controlling the system project in a scientific and efficient way.Quality control,schedule con- trol and cost control are the fundamentals of project control. Based on the analysis of the charac- teristics of a C4ISR system,this paper expounds the processes of as well as the common methods used in the quality control,schedule control and cost control of the C4ISR system project manage- ment. Besides, the necessity of coordinated control of the quality ,schedule and cost is specifically pointed out.
