葛根素对高糖致血管内皮细胞分泌的细胞内皮生长因子的影响

摘要 目的本文探讨葛根素对高糖所致血管内皮细胞损伤保护作用的机制。方法采用以正常组、高糖组、葛根素及联合组,作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)24 h,观察细胞生长状态、MTT法检测细胞增长率、RT-PCR检测细胞内皮生长因子表达及Western blot检测VEGF蛋白水平。结果高糖为35 mmol/L时,其A值与对照组比较明显下降(P〈0.05),葛根素组于葛根素200 mg/L时其A值与对照组比较明显升高(P〈0.05),联合组与对照组比较,葛根素联合高糖时对细胞则出现明显的增殖作用(P〈0.05)。结论葛根素对高糖所致血管内皮细胞损伤具有一定的保护作用。
