本文针对我国当前造纸企业水污染治理特点，结合社会主义市场要求，分析了合理调整《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》的积极作用，提出了几声、思考与建议。

In accordance with the special characteristics of the current paper industry management in China ,and to meet the needs of Socialist Market,this article raises some suggestionsabout readjusting rationally the Emission Standards for Water Pollutants from Paper Industry.
