华能南通电厂对从美国Lodge-Cottrell公司进口的电除尘器进行技术改造

Remolding the Imported Electrostatic Precipitators made by U.S. Lodge-Cottrell Inc.

华能南通电厂购买美国Ｌｏｄｇｅ－Ｃｏｔｔｒｅｌｌ公司生产的３５０ＭＷ机组电除尘器，因该设备阴、阳极结灰严重，电晕封闭，效率低下。该厂在受设备结构及改造费用限制的条件下，采用了经济合理的改造方案，除尘效率由９５％左右提高到９９．０９％，为国内产于同一厂家的结构相同、运行状况类似的十多台套电除尘器改造提供了成功的经验。

South China Power Plant in Nantong bought a 350MW unit electrostatic precipitator made by U. S.Lodge--Cottrell Inc. The precipitator worked inefficiently forlots of ashes on the positive and negative poles. Restricted bythe structure of the facility and the remolding cost, the PowerPlant adopted the rational and economical plan. The efficiency was raised from 95% to 99. 09%. That provide successfulexperiences for other more-than-ten precipitators, made bythe same company and sharing the same structure and condition.
