Social stratum characteristics and sports needs of the new generation of peasant workers

新生代农民工的价值观念变化、从业状况、城市居留环境以及社会流动特征等是影响其体育需求实现的核心要素。明确农民工体育权利的保障归属;加强体育公共服务均等化制度建设;倡导企业的社会责任承担等发展对策,以此为新生代农民工体育需求的实现创造条件,进而促进体育与社会的和谐发展。

The change of value view, employment condition, urban living environment and social mobility characteristics of the new generation of peasant workers are core factors that affect the realization of their sports needs. The author put forward the following measures for development： specify the responsibility for assuring the sports rights of peasant workers; strengthen the construction of the sports public service equalization system; advocate enterprise＇s undertaking of social responsibilities, so as to create conditions for the realization of sports needs of peasant workers, and thus to boost the harmonious development of sports and the society.
