摘要
采用日本岛津公司TOC─5000分析仪,用燃烧氧化──非分散性红外吸收法测定海水中的总有机碳(TOC)、无机碳(IC)的含量。实验相对标准偏差小于2.12%,TOC方法回收率为99.9%~106%,准确度和精确度都很高,且由于过程快速简便,氧化率高,方法实用性强。
In this paper, the combustion /non -dispersive infrared gas analysis method is chosen to measure the total organic carbon (TOC) and inorganic carbon (IC) in sea water by TOC──5000A analyzer (Shimadzu corporation ). The sample recovery is very good (99. 9% ~106% ), and high precision with the cefficient of variation less than 2. 12% .Owing to prompt, easy measurement and high oxidation rate with good accuracy, its practicability was evaluatied high.
