摘要
酸洗生产线的圆盘剪在剪切带钢时,带钢的下表面经常有刮痕存在.尽管这种刮痕没有手感,但是还是会影响带钢本身外观质量,并且对冷轧工序存在一定程度的影响,因此对于带钢的刮痕质量问题必须解决.通过分析和研究,造成刮痕的原因很大程度上是由于外来带钢存在不同程度的边浪质量问题.这种带钢的边浪质量问题造成的刮痕,可以通过调整机组的结构参数、改变托辊安装高度、对圆盘剪的刀盘和刀盘压辊间的工艺参数进行调整、增加板面压辊等方式进行消除,从而大大提高了产品的档次和生产效率,确保生产安全性.
When the rotary cutter on an acid cleaning production line cuts the strip steel, scratches on the lower surface of the steel strip often occur. Although the scratches usually can not be felt by hands, they may influence the exterior appear- ance of the strip steel, and would somehow affect the subsequent cold rolling process of the steel, therefore the problem associated with the surface quality of the strip steel caused by the scratch must be solved. An extensive investigation of the scratches showed that they were attributed to the waved edges leftover on the income raw material. These scratches can be eliminated by adjusting the structure parameters of the rotary cutter, changing the mount height of the idler roller, and optimizing the process parameters of the cutter holder and its press roller. These measures greatly enhanced the surface quality of the strip steel, increased the productivity and guaranteed production safety.
