摘要
通过理论计算得出邯钢五号高炉不同时期的置换比,并分析了影响置换比的主要因素.邯钢五号高炉置换比整体不高,最高仅为0.83.影响置换比最主要的因素为煤粉和焦炭中的固定碳含量.煤粉中含碳量每增加1%,置换比可提高0.15左右.焦炭中含碳量每增加1%,置换比可能会降低0.016左右.
The pulverized coal for coke substitution rate at different stage of operation was calculated for No.5 blast furnace at Hangang,and the primary factors affecting the rate were analyzed.The pulverized coal for coke substitution rate of No.5 BF is usually not high,the highest being only 0.83.The essential factors affecting the substitution rate were the carbon content in both the pulverized coal and coke.Each increment of 1% of the carbon content in the pulverized coal would lead to an increase of the substitution rate by about 0.15,while each increment of 1% of the carbon content in the coke would decrease the substitution rate by about 0.016.
