关于把移动通信基站建设纳入上海城乡规划体系的探讨

Discussion on Integrating the Construction of the Mobile Base into the System of Shanghai Urban and Rural Planning

移动通信基站已成为现代城市不可或缺的基础设施。移动通信基站对城市功能有重要的促进作用,但目前在通信基站的设置上尚缺乏必要的规范和规划。在分析电力设施如何纳入城乡规划的基础上,提出了移动通信基站应分层有序纳入城乡规划的观点,并结合上海市土地利用总体规划,对上海市基站设置密度分区进行了总体性的划分。

This paper introduces different setting forms of the mobile base. By analyzing the process of how power facilities planned in the the urban and rural planning, we propose the opinion that the mobile station should be planned step by step. According to the general rand use planning of Shanghai, we also build up the system of the mobile base setting density.
