摘要
日常工作中的压力、风险、强度与节奏容易使医务人员出现焦虑感、心力交瘁、人际关系不协调、职业倦怠等心理亚健康状态,医务人员的亚健康心理如得不到及时纠正势必会影响其工作质量,导致医患关系紧张,引发医患矛盾。鉴于医疗工作的特殊性,纠正医务人员的亚健康心理应从社会、医院等多角度着手,采取加强医务人员心理健康教育、完善医院运行机制等有效措施。
The mental subhealth state of medical staffs , such as anxiety interpersonal relationship, job burnout, etc. is usually caused by someth career risk, intensified and fast-paced work. If such mental subhealth would affect medical staffs' work quality, and particularity of medical work, some effective exhaustion, unharmonious g like daily work pressure, can not be cured timely, it cause conflicts between doctors and patients. Given the strategies should be used to deal with medical staffs' mental subhealth, such as the enhancement of mental health education and the improvement of hospital operation systems ,etc.
