摘要
课堂教学质量的把握是对大学教师师德与师能的综合考量。从把握课堂教学的创新性视角提出了大学教师在课堂教学中应追求的境界,分析了大学教师站好讲台应必备的条件和衡量的标准,结合课堂教学改革中存在的问题,提出了在课堂教学的改革创新中彰显师德的具体建议。
The assurance of classroom teaching quality is a comprehensive assessment of teachers' professional ethics and teaching ability in university. From the perspective of the innovative classroom teaching, this article puts forward the realm that university teachers should pursue, and analyses the essential condition and the criterion that a university teacher should meet. Moreover the specific sug gestions of showing teachers' professional ethics in the innovative classroom teaching are discussed to put right the faulty teaching performances.
