The Governance Mode Selection for Listed Companies Based on Sustainable Development

传统上市公司股东主权治理模式导致公司在经营中唯利是图,引发了一系列社会问题,进而影响了企业的可持续发展。企业社会责任理论提出了利益相关者共同治理模式以实现企业自身与社会的共同发展,但缺乏可操作性。未来我国上市公司治理模式,应基于股东主权模式与利益相关者共同治理模式的交叉与协调,实现利益相关者共同治理方式的多样化,并培育可持续发展的上市公司治理文化。

The traditional shareholders sovereignty governance mode in listed companies led to mercenary in the company business, and triggered a series of social problems, thereby affected the sustainable development of enterprises. Theory of corporate social responsibility put up stakeholders shared governance model to achieve joint development between enterprises and society, but it lacks of operability. The future governance model in China listed companies should be based on the cross and coordination of the stakeholders＇ sovereignty and shareholders shared governance model to achieve the diversity of joint governance manner and foster governance culture for sustainable development in listed company.
