摘要
随着市场经济的进一步发展,危机管理已经成为企业面临的一项重要课题。其中,网络传播成为诱发危机事件、事态扩散、危机控制中的重要因素。企业应对网络传播进行深入研究,根据网络传播的特点,通过提高应急管理能力、争取主导网络话语、加强思想政治工作、彰显企业文化理念等措施克服危机,化危为机。
With the development of market economy, crisis management has been a very important issue in enterprises. Internet communication is one important element in crisis inducing, situation spreading and crisis control. Enterprises should deeply study the Internet communication, according to Internet communication, to overcome crisis and turn crisis into opportunities by enhancing capabilities for emergency management, dominating network speaking rights, increasing ideological and political work, highlighting corporate culture.
