摘要
利用动态冲击试验机对AH32、AH36、EH36高强船板钢在不同的温度下做冲击试验,通过冲击力-位移曲线,得出各种特征值,并根据检测结果来分析不同工艺条件下裂纹形成功和扩展功所占的比例,以确定影响低温冲击韧性的主要因素.
Impact tests of the AH32, AH36 and EH36 high-strength hull plates were conducted at different temperatures using a dynamic impact machine, and the characteristic values were obtained from the impact force-displacement curves. Based on these experimental data, the work of the crack formation and that of its propagation under various process conditions were calculated, so as to figure out the main factors affecting the low-temperature impact toughness of the plates.
