新时期海西体育产业发展的机遇与挑战——兼析晋江市体育产业发展与策略

Discussion on the Opportunities and Challenges of Sports Industry Development in Haixi in New Era——The Strategy of Sports Industry Development in Jinjiang City

运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地考查、逻辑分析等方法,对海西体育产业发展的机遇与挑战进行研究分析,认为:新时期海西体育产业发展面临着国家政策支持、地方领导重视、国民体育需求旺盛、区域经济环境日益活跃的新机遇,但也面临着产业结构调整与升级、人才资源匮乏、国内外产业竞争日趋激烈的挑战。推动海西体育产业发展必须:1)制定体育产业发展规划,以调整体育产业结构为突破口;2)坚持"人才兴业"战略,加快体育产业高素质人才培养;3)优化体育产业发展环境,增强企业自主创新能力;4)实施企业强强联合,推动体育优势产业集群发展。

Based on literature review, expert interview, field investigation and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of sports industry development in Haixi, the west side of the Taiwan Straits. The result shows that the sports industry development in Haixi faces the policy support from the state, importance attached by the local leaders, demands from the citizens, increasingly strong regional economy. However, the challenges for Haixi sports development are the restructuring and upgrading of the industries, lack of talents, fierce competition at both home and abroad. The promotion on Haixi sports development must take the measurements as follows： 1 ） making a plan for the sports industry development by adjusting its structure, 2） speeding up the nurturing of the high - quality talents ; 3 ） optimizing the environment for the growth of the industry and enhancing the innovation ability of the enterprises; 4） encouraging alliance between key enterprises for its development.
