摘要
本文运用文献资料法、教学实验法、数理统计等研究方法对表象训练法在普通高校健美操教学中的运用进行较为深入的研究,试图为健美操技术教法革新探索出一些有益的途径,以促进健美操运动技能的加速掌握及准确形成,进一步提高教学质量,为健美操运动在普通高校更好地开展提供理论参考。
In this paper, literature review, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics were applied to make deeply study on imaginary training in aerobics teaching, tried to explore some innovative ways to promote aerobics sports skills in order to master the aerobics skill quickly and improve the teaching quality. The main purpose is to provide the theoretical reference for better development of aerobics sports in university.
