摘要
本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对六、七年级学生的体育锻炼情况、身体自尊现状进行调查和分析,旨在探讨身体锻炼对初中生身体自尊的影响。结果表明:男生与女生的身体自尊具有显著差异,男生高于女生;锻炼强度对身体自尊的自我价值感、身体状况具有显著作用;每次锻炼持续的时间对身体自尊的自我价值感、运动能力、身体状况和身体素质四个维度的作用比较显著;锻炼频率对运动能力、身体状况具有显著性差异;运动量对身体自尊的运动能力、身体状况和身体素质维度上的作用比较显著。
Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis on sports exercise condition and physical self - esteem of middle school students in grade 6 and 7. The main purpose is to discuss the influence of sports exercise on physical self - esteem of middle school students. The result shows that there are significant differences in physical self- esteem between male and female students, and male students are higher than that of female students. The intensity of sports exercise has positive influence on physical self - esteem, value and condition. The duration of each exercise has significant influence on self - value, athletic ability, physical condition and fitness, the frequency of exercise has significant influence on athletic ability and physical condition, while exercise volume has positive influence on athletic ability of physical self - esteem, physical condition and fitness.
