论城市化与城市公众的人文素养

On Urbanization and Urban Public Human Accomplishments

随着城市化进程和社会经济、科学技术的发展,人文素养的提高显得越来越重要,是社会文明的标志。城市公众的人文素养问题成为城市文明建设的核心问题之一,必须关注公众(包括市民化了的农民和城市市民)人文素养的培育,加大城市科普投入的力度,构建全民终身教育体系。笔者通过对公众人文素养的缺失的现状,阐述了提高公众人文素养的途径。

With the process of urbanization and the development in economy, science and technology, human accomplishments, the symbol of social civilization, have becoming increasingly important. The human accomplishments of the nrban public is the core issue in urban civilization construction, so we must focus more on the group, increase the input in popular science and construct a life-long learning system. The paper analyzes the defects of present public human accomplishments, and expounds ways to improve the situation.
