摘要
以沙01、沙02、库尔勒黄酸梨、也历可阿木特、霍城冬黄梨等5个品种梨果实为试材,对不同品种间的可溶性固形物、果实硬度、果实干物质、维生素C、还原糖、可滴定酸、蔗糖等指标进行了测定比较。结果表明,5个梨品种中,果实综合品质最好的是沙02,其余依次是沙01、霍城冬黄梨、也历可阿木特、库尔勒黄酸梨。
The experiment was conducted with sha01,sha02,kuerlehuangsuan pear,yelikeamute pear and huochengdong huang pear as test materials.The content of soluble solid,fruit firmness,dry matter,vitamin C,deoxidized suger,titrate acid,sucrose and others were determined in these different species.The results showed that sha02 was the best in five pear species,the others were followed by sha01,huochengdonghuang pear,yelikeamute pear and kuerlehuangsuan pear.
