梭锥管混浊流体分离装置水沙分离试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 运用均匀正交设计法和投影寻踪回归分析法(PPR)对梭锥管混浊流体分离装置(简称梭锥管)进行了结构优化试验研究。根据前期研究结果,确定了锥圈间距、进流量、倾角、底孔孔径作为正交试验的4个主要影响因素,选择UL9(34)对梭锥管混浊流体分离装置进行了均匀正交试验,应用投影寻踪回归分析方法对试验结果进行了数据分析和计算机仿真优化。结果表明,与前期研究结果相比,梭锥管的水沙分离效果与其纵轴线与水平面的倾角大小有关,当倾角为60°时,水沙分离效果较好,浓缩率达到了1.73。进流量和锥圈间距相同的梭椎管,底孔越大,耗水率越大,表面负荷率随着底孔的增加逐渐减小,而锥圈间距对耗水率和表面负荷率影响很小。进流量不变时,浓缩率随着底孔孔径和锥圈间距的减小而增大。 This paper uses the uniform orthogonal design method and the projectiong pursuit regression(PPR) to study optimization experiment of the turbid flow isolation device—shuttle-conical tube.According to preliminary results,the uniform orthogonal experiment was conducted on the turbid flow isolation device—shuttle-conical tube by selecting four factors such as the conical distance,incoming discharge,dip angle and bottom aperture and chose UL9(34) table.The experimental data were analyzed and simulation by uniform orthogonal designs method.PPR method was used to focus on the above four factors.The results show that the separation effect of water and sediment of shuttle-conical tube is relevant to longitudinal axis and horizontal angle when the angle is 60 degrees,the water and sediment separation is better,concentration rate is up to 1.73.Under certain incoming discharge and conical distance,the greater the bottom aperture,the greater the water consumption rate,the load rate of the surface gradually reduced with the increase of bottom aperture,while the conical distance on the water consumption rate and overflow rate has little effect.Under certain incoming,as the decrease of bottom aperture and conical distance,the concentration rate is increased.The results is important guilding significance to the optimization of shuttle-conical tube.
