摘要
通过比表面测定、扫描电镜、X射线能谱元素测定等,探讨了凹凸棒土的结构与改性机理。研究结果表明:高温焙烧法活化凹凸棒土比酸或盐改性处理效果好,用420℃焙烧2h的凹凸棒土处理染化废水,COD去除率可达75%,脱色率达97%。
The structure of attapulgite and the mechanism of its modification have been studied by specific surface area, scanning electromicroscopic analysis, differential thermal analysis, and X-ray spectroscopic analysis. The result showed that tempered attapulgite was better than treated with acid or salt. Treatment of dyeing waste water could be carried out satisfactorily with adsorbents based on temperature at 420C for 2 hours attapulgite, removal rate of 75% and 97% could be achieved for COD and color respectively. The study provided valuable experimental data for modifying attapulgite and applying to treating dyeing wastewater.
