摘要
通过对外压管式膜组件与曝气池构成的好氧膜生物反应器的研究,分别考察了膜组件的操作压力、膜面流速以及活性污泥混合液的污泥浓度、溶解性有机物的含量和温度等对膜通量的影响。结果表明,膜组件的操作条件P=0.12MPa,V=3.8m/s时较为合适;混合液温度升高,膜通量增大,但膜出水水质有所下降;膜通量与污泥浓度的对数基本呈直线关系,而直线的斜率与膜面流速有关;溶解性有机物积累会导致膜通量下降。
Based on the study of the membrane combined with external pressure tubular module and PS-PAN membrane, the influence mechanism of operative conditions and the characteristics of activated sludge mixed liquid on membrane flux were observed. It was demonstrated that the operative pressure P=0.12MPa and the velocity along membrane surface V=3.8m/s were suitable, temperature of mixed liquid, sludge concentration and dissolved organic substances in the mixed liquid all existing an important influence on membrane flux.
