摘要
目的建立兔下颌骨牵张成骨模型。方法选用18只新西兰大白兔,实施单侧下颌骨切开术,放置内置式牵张器,经过5天间歇期后,以每天1 mm的速率牵张,连续10天,在牵张结束后的第1周、3周、6周分批处死动物取材,进行X光和组织学检查。结果下颌骨被成功延长,牵张区有新骨生成,随着固定时间的延长新生骨不断成熟。结论采用该方法建立的兔下颌骨牵张成骨模型具有很好的可操作性和重复性。
Objective To establish a model of mandibular distraction osteogenesis in rabbits.Methods Eighteen white New Zealand rabbits were performed osteotomy in the right mandible and then internal distraction device was positioned and fixed on the mandible.Five days later,distraction was carried out at a rate of 1 mm every day for ten days.After 1 week,3 weeks and 6 weeks of consolidation,animals were killed separately and mandibles were taken out for X-ray and histology examinations.Results All of the mandibles were lengthened successfully.The distraction gaps were filled with regenerated bone tissue.All of the examinations showed that the bones were forming gradually with time.Conclusion The methods used in this study were practical and repeatable.
