摘要
目的回顾性分析微创不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCABG)的方法、围术期处理和临床效果。方法自2000年7月～2009年7月,128例冠心病患者接受OPCABG,占同期冠心病手术的32%。平均年龄61.7岁,左室射血分数24%～70%。平均搭桥2.4根。结果本组手术死亡4例,死亡率3.1%。术后8例出现严重并发症,发生率为6.3%。ICU时间平均2.1天。术后平均随访38个月,心绞痛消失率90.0%。结论 OPCABG是安全、可行的,尤其适用于体外循环高危患者,临床效果满意。
Objective To study the procedure and clinical effect of off-pump coronary bypass grafting（CABG）.Methods From July 2000 to July 2009,CABG was performed in 128 patients with off pump technique.Average age was 61.7.Left ventricular ejective fraction was from 24 to 70%.The grafts were from 1 to 4（average 2.4）.Results Postoperative mortality is 3.1%（4 patients）.Severe complication rate is 6.3%（8 patients）.The median ICU stay time was（2.1±0.3）days.During the follow-up average（38±5.8） months,90.0% patients were with no sysptoms of angina.Conclusion Off-pump CABG is a safe,effective means of revascularization,especially suitable for patients with high risk of cardiopulmonary bypass,and has good clinical outcome
