棉织纱带双套结法在经口气管插管导管固定中的应用

APPLICATION OF COTTON YARN GALLOON WITH DOUBLE TIES TO FIX THE TRACHEAL INTUBATION TUBE THROUGH MOUTH

目的研究一种方便快捷、安全有效的经口气管插管导管固定方法。方法对200例经口气管插管患者分组采用不同方法固定气管导管,对照组采用传统3M胶布固定法固定,观察组采用棉织纱带双套结固定法固定,比较两组气管导管的导管移位、脱落例数。结果改良固定法在安全、牢固方面优于传统3M透气胶布固定法,两组有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论对经口气管插管患者采用棉织纱带双套结固定效果安全牢固,可有效预防气管导管移位和脱落。

Objective Research a convenient and efficient,safe and effective method to fix the tracheal intubation tube through mouth.Methods 200 intubation group of patients using different methods to fix air tube： in control group use traditional 3M adhesive plaster;in observing group use cotton yarn galloon with double ties.Compare the number of cases with shift of tube and fall off tube in two groups.Results The improved fixing method is better than the traditional method with 3M adhesive plaster in aspect of safety and fastness,there is significant difference between the two groups（p〈0.01）.Conclusion Using cotton yarn galloon with double ties to fix the tracheal intubation tube through mouth can achieve the effect of safety and fast,may keep away shift and falling off of air tube.
