摘要
淡水水体的富营养化导致蓝藻水花的普遍发生,蓝藻产生的多种毒素,如微囊藻毒素、节球藻毒素等,不仅常常引起动物中毒,而且也会影响人类的健康。该文从毒理学的角度阐述了多种藻毒素的毒性,及其所引起的健康效应和发生的可能机制。
Eutrophication of fresh water lakes and ponds has caused the occurence of blooms of cyanobacteria. The toxins such as microcystin, nodularin etc. produced by cyanobacteria have often been involved in poisoning of animals, and also been implicated in human health problems. In this review, from the aspect of toxicology, the current information regarding toxicity, health effect of cyanobacteria and their potential mechanisms have been summarized.
