摘要
在对４６个重点城市环境功能区达标情况汇总、分析的基础上，讨论了影响功能区达标的主要原因。
On the basis of gathering and analysis of reaching standard of 46 key cities environmental functional areas, the paper discusses the main reasons of affecting reaching standard, presents the countermeasures of reaching environmental quality standard for national key cities in year 2000.
