双置换中农民拆村入社的适应性分析——基于无锡市的调查

The Adaptability of the Farmers Involved in the Double Land Replacement ——A Research Based on the Investigation in Wuxi

随着城镇化建设进程的加快,土地双置换正逐渐成为东部沿海地区推进城镇一体化和农村土地集约利用的一种新模式。土地双置换主体是村民,其土地双置换的成功与否关键是村民是否能够很好的适应置换后的新环境。结合江苏省无锡市土地双置换的实施状况,对农村土地置换实施的基本情况、村民的适应性问题进行分析和论述,探讨增强村民拆村入社适应性的政策建议。

With the development of urbanization process, double land-replacement is becoming a new mode to boost the process of urbanization and intensive utilization of village land in some coastal areas of China. The key of land double-replacement is whether farmers can be well adapted to new circmnstance after replacement. Based on an analysis of the implementalion condition and the farmers＇ adaptation problems occurring in the carrying out of double land-replacement in Wuxi, this article explicates how to improve farmers＇ adaptation.
