摘要
自我效能感决定人们对行为的选择以及对该行为的坚持性和努力程度,也影响人们的思维模式和情感反应模式,在控制与调节个体行为上有着不可估量的价值。在智障人士服务的过程中,服务工作者的自我效能感直接关系到智障人士社会适应行为的获得和保持。个体自身行为的成败经验对自我效能感的影响最大,由于工作对象的特殊性,智障人士服务工作者很难获得成功的经验。成功经验的缺乏容易导致智障人士服务工作者自我效能感的丧失,从而影响到对待工作对象的态度和行为。因此,提高智障服务工作者的自我效能感有着非常重要的意义。
Self-efficacy determines people' s choice of behaviors and their persistence and efforts in pursuing the chosen behaviors, and affects people' s thinking mode and patterns of emotional response, so it has inestimable value in the control and regulation of individual behaviors. In the course of services for people with intellectual disabilities, service workers' self-efficacy is directly related to their acquiring and maintaining of social adaptive behaviors. The success or failure experience of individual' s own behavior has the biggest influence on self-efficacy. Due to the particularity of the object, service workers are difficult to obtain successful experience. The lack of success easily leads to the lose of sense of self-efficacy on the part of service workers, thus affecting their attitudes and behaviors to people with intellectual disabilities. Therefore, it has a very important significance in improving service workers' self-efficacy.
