神经醇磷脂对皮肤角质层水分含量的影响

The Effects of Sphingolipid on the Levels of Moisture in the Skin Horny Layer in Human

为研究神经醇磷脂对人体皮肤的保健作用。采用外敷法皮肤试验，以皮肤含水量为指标进行比较。结果表明试验组皮肤水分含量明显高于对照组，说明神经醇磷脂能有效地降低皮肤水分丢失，提高皮肤角质层水分的含量，对皮肤的渗透屏障起重要作用。

To study the health protective function of sphingolipid on human skin,the levels of skin moisture were determined with skin testexternal applicationThe results showed that the levels of skin moisture in test group were significantly higher than those in control groupIt suggested that sphingolipid could effectiviely inhibit the moisture evaporation from skin surface,advance the moisture content in skin horny layer,and present an important role in keeping normal osmotic barrier
