摘要
余热回收、除尘、脱硫多功能烟气净化装置是一种可同时解决中小型锅炉热效率低下和环境污染问题的新装置.在对多功能烟气净化装置基本原理和特点进行介绍的基础上,利用3000 m3/h 试验系统对装置的阻力、除尘、传热和脱硫特性进行了研究.试验发现,多功能烟气净化装置的阻力损失为618 —794 Pa,对于平均粒径0-0639 m m 的电厂灰分离效率可达82 % ~92% ,传热效果是普通空预器的1-5 —2-2 倍,可提高锅炉效率4 % ,与炉内喷钙相结合系统脱硫效率可达75 % .
Waste\|heat recovery,dust removal and desulphurization multi\|function flue gas cleaner is a new type equipment.Which is all to replace the small\|and mid\|industrial boilers with low thermal efficiency and high air pollution.Based on foundation principle and characteristics introduction of multi\|function flue gas cleaner,experimental researches on pressure drop,dust removal,heat transfer and desulfurization were performed in 3000?m\+3/h scale experimental system.The results are as follows:the pressure drop of multi\|function flue gas cleaner is 618—794?Pa,dusting efficiency for 0 0639?mm particle size can reach to 82%—92%,heat transfer cofficiency is 1 5—2 2 times of conventional air preheater and boiler thermal efficiency can increase 4 8%,desulphurization efficiency is 75%.The results indicate that the multi\|function flue gas cleaner can satisfy the needs of energy saving and environment protection for industrial boiler.
