摘要
目的对高强度钢材焊接截面轴心受压构件局部稳定受力性能进行分析计算,为进一步的有限元参数分析提供正确性依据.方法利用通用有限元软件ANSYS建立有限元模型,模拟构件的残余应力和几何初始缺陷,对17个高强度钢材焊接工形和箱形截面轴心受压构件的局部稳定受力性能进行了有限元分析,并与相应的试验结果进行了对比.结果有限元计算得到的工形截面构件局部稳定承载力与试验实测结果的平均误差<6%,且标准差<5%;箱形截面构件的局部稳定承载力与试验实测结果的平均误差<3%,且标准差<5%.结论建立的有限元模型能够准确模拟几何初始缺陷和残余应力对构件局部稳定受力性能的影响,从而准确的分析计算高强度钢材轴心受压构件的局部稳定受力性能.
Finite element models are developed in this paper by using the general-purpose finite element soft-ware,ANSYS,with accurate simulation of the residual stresses and the initial geometric imperfections of the specimens,to analyze the local buckling behaviors of 17 high strength steel columns welded I-section and box section under axial compression.By comparing the finite element analysis(FEA) results with the corresponding test results,it has been verified that the finite element model created in this paper can accurately simulate the initial geometric imperfections and residual stresses of the columns,and analyze the local buckling behaviors of high strength steel columns under axial compression,which provides a basis for the further finite element para-metric study.
