摘要
本文利用NKA-Ⅱ大孔吸附树脂对高浓度苯胺溶液进行了静态吸附试验,希望利用大孔吸附树脂从化工废水中回收苯胺.由实验得到:NKA-Ⅱ大孔吸附树脂对苯胺的吸附速度非常快.在40min内能够完成80%-90%的吸附;吸附过程主要是外表面吸附;可以用弗洛德里希方程表示该静态吸附的吸附等温线;在长时间吸附后(大约4h),苯胺在水溶液中的表现浓度升高,尤其当苯胺溶液的起始浓度为中等浓度时更加明显;吸附过程放出热量(△H<0),并且吸附热同苯胺的起始浓度有关,但当起始浓度非常高时(≥2165mg·1^(-1)),吸附热不随苯胺的起始浓度发生变化.
NKA-Ⅱ macroporous adsorption resin, made in China, was utilized to adsorb high concentration aniline. It was found that the adsorption of aniline on NKA-Ⅱ was rapid and mainly completed within 40 minutes by the external surface adsorption; Freundlich equation can fit the adsorption data well; after about 5 hours, the apparent concentration of aniline in water rose, especially when the initial aniline concentration was moderate; heat was discharged during adsorption (△H<0); adsorption heat was related to the concentration of aniline, while the adsorption heat did not change much when initial concentration was over 2165 mg·l-1.
