The Present Situation of the Social Security about Off-farm Workers in China and the Countermeasures Analysis

目前,城市农民工已经成为一个规模庞大的特殊社会群体,这一群体在城市通常处于尴尬或弱势的地位,该问题逐渐引起了社会广泛的关注和研究。本文分析了农民工社会保障现状,在此基础上提出了完善城市农民工社会保障的对策。

Nowadays,the off-farm workers have been a large and special group.They are usually in an embarrassed and weak situation.Gradually,this matter draws a broad attention of the society and people begin to study it.This article analyses the present situation of the offfarm workers＇ social security,and based on it,comes up with the countermeasures about how to perfect the off-farm workers＇ social security.
