摘要 提出了一种以离子色谱法分离、积分安培法检测复合甜味剂和饮料中甜味素的新方法.以Dionex AS4A-SC柱为分离柱,27.5mmol.l^(-1)NaOH为淋洗液等度淋洗,积分安培电化学检测.方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.030mg.l^(-1),线性范围为0.1—10mg.l^(-1)在实验条件下,其它人工合成甜味剂及甜味素的分解产物均不产生干扰 方法用于复合甜味剂和饮料中甜味素的测定。 A new method for the determination of aspartame in compound sweeteners and drinks was proposed . The separation was performed by an isocratic elution and the determination by integrated am-perometry detection. 27.5mmol·l-1 NaOH was used as the eluent. Aspartame show good linearity in the range 0.1-10mg·l-1 and the detection limit was 0.030mg·l-1. Under the experimental conditions, other artificial sweeteners such as acesulfame-K, sodium cyclamate and the decoposi-tion products of aspartame (aspartic acid and phenylalanine) did not interfere with the determination. The method was applied to the determination of aspartame in compound sweeteners and drinks, and the results obtained by integrated amparometry and UV detection show consistence.
