摘要
研究将空间句法方法应用于商业网点分布特征与商业等级类型分析,探析集成度与商业布局之间的关系.以盐城市区为例,计算了1943~2006年盐城市区道路轴线集成度与集成核,并将集度值结果与不同时期网点分布对比,结果可知:全局集成度最高的道路轴线成为中心商业圈的道路.局部集成度高的道路轴线经常成为居民消费圈与特色商业圈的道路.在规划商业网点时,可应用空间句法探测网点中观区位,并结合微观区位形成一套新颖的商业网点的选址技术.
This study applied the spatial syntax method to retail distribution characteristic and retail type analysis.We can explore the relation between the integration and retail distribution feature.Take Yancheng for example and calculate integration of street axis from 1943 to 2006 and compared integration of different periods.The result indicated that;global integration of the highest road axis become main path of center business district.High degree local integration of the road axis often became the consumer business circle path.During the planning of commercial networks,it can detect the use of space syntax in the concept of network location combined with the analysis on micro-geographical location factors,which can form one new novel retail location technology.
