The key projects of livestock manure and straw utilization in Dalian in the Twelfth-five Years

近年来,大连市农村种养殖业的发展迅速,农村经济增长较快,农民收入和生活水平有了明显的提高。同时,种养殖业产生的禽畜粪便污染、秸秆焚烧污染也日趋严重。为消除污染,改善农村生态环境质量,"十二五"期间,大连市将实施一系列禽畜粪便和秸秆资源化综合利用工程,大力推进生态农业和农村循环经济,促进农村经济可持续发展。

In recent years, the rural economy and income for farmers have been greatly improved. Along with the development of livestock-raising and crop farming, the pollution from the manure and straw became increasingly serious. In order to eliminate pollution and improve the ecological environment in rural area, a series of key projects of livestock manure and straw utilization will be carried out in Dalian in the Twelfth-five Years, which will contribute to the establish of ecological agriculture and circular economy promoting the sustainable development for rural area.
