摘要
随机抽取正产奶的黑白花奶牛4头,测得其连续3天的头平日产量为14.625kg,然后每头颈部皮下注射10头份的猪瘟组织苗,连续测得其头平日产奶量为14.7kg.为进一步验证结论,在华宁公司牛场进一步扩大了数量,延长了时间,选择30头怀孕母牛(直检),随机分为试验组和对照组,每组15头,试验组每头颈部皮下注射10头份猪瘟苗,对照组不注射.两组在相同的饲养条件下,全程实行机械化挤奶,测定时间为一个产奶周期(305天).计数登记后进行统计处理.结果显示注苗组头平产奶量为5956公斤,比对照组的头平5766公斤高出190公斤,提高3.29%.表明给奶牛注射猪瘟苗后不仅不影响产奶量,而且有所提高.
After injecting 10 times dosages of the lyophilize HCV vaccine to 4 lactating cows,average milk yield of these animals of 14.625 kg for a period of 3 days pre-treatment is compared with 17.4 kg for post-treatment.To further verify the conclusion,we expand the number of the lactating cows on cattle farm in Hua Ninggong Division,divide them into experimental and control groups randomly,inject 10 times dosages of the vaccine to experimental group while the control group is not injected.Under the same feeding conditions,the following work is done: full implementation of mechanized milking,determination of milk for a period of time(305 days),finally statistical counting after registration.The results show that the milk yield of vaccination group is 5956 kg,190 kg higher than the control group.
