高校“去行政化”的合理性和可行性

Study on the Rationality and Feasibility about "Cancel govern ment grad" in university and college

高校"去行政化"是时下学术及舆论界讨论的一个热点问题。文章从"去行政化"的内涵与外延、"去行政化"的合理性以及"去行政化"的可行性三个方面进行了论述,并提出"去行政化"的目的是为了防止我国高等教育在发展变革中走偏,过度关注"行政化"可能导致对大学本质的忽视。

＂without administration＂ of university and college is a current hot question in academics and public opinion.What kind of ＂administration＂ should be removed？ Is it necessary and how to get rid of it？ This paper explores all the questions in three aspects including the meaning of ＂administration＂ and ＂without administration＂,rationality of ＂without administration＂ and feasibility of ＂without administration＂,additionally,it promotes that the purpose of ＂without administration＂ is to defend Chinese higher education going off way in the process of development,but over-attention of ＂administration＂ maybe lead to overlook the nature of higher education.
