摘要 目的本文研究了CT低剂量肺扫描最佳条件的选取。方法使用CT性能体模,分别进行140kV与20/30/40/50/200mA扫描,对扫描到图像的密度分辨率,高对比度分辨率进行检测,选取符合国家CT检测标准的图像进行比对,获得符合图像标准的最佳扫描条件;对60例病人分别进行常规剂量扫描和最佳低剂量扫描,记录扫描剂量,请两名资深医生对获取的图像进行盲评,获取结果。结果肺CT低剂量扫描可有效地降低病人的剂量。结论140kV/30mA是进行肺肿瘤CT低剂量筛查扫描的最佳条件。 Objective The purpose of this study is to decide how to select the best scan parameters in low dose computed tomography screening.Methods Use 140kV,20mA,30mA,40mA,50mA,200mA scanning to get the images’ indensity resolution and high contrast resolution,and select the images which can meet the national standard,Then get the scan parameters when the mA is lowest.Scan 60 patients using the standard CT and low dose CT separately to get thescan images.After that,two senior radiology doctors were invited to evaluate the images’ quality.e tgrenzhengjing Conclusion 140kV,30mA is the best scan parameters for lung canner.
