龙须草纤维的预水解特性的初步研究

摘要 对龙须草弱酸性预水解工艺、水解前后的纤维形态变化进行了研究。结果表明,相同温度和时间下,预水解酸浓度越高,聚戊糖去除率则越高,相应的水解得率也越低;且温度越高,变化越显著。当水解酸为1%时,在160℃下处理60 min,聚戊糖去除率达88.61%,水解得率为55.06%。与未水解原料相比,水解样的纤维细胞发生明显的断裂,长纤维含量降低,短纤维含量增加;纤维长度从2.05 mm降为1.44 mm,细小纤维量则从30.47%提高至40.97%。 The prehydrolysis in weak sulfuric acid solution and fiber morphology before or after hydrolysis were studied. The extraction rate of pentosans was increased with the increment of acid concentration, but the hydrolytic yield showed a decreasing trend. When the sample was hydrolyzed with 1% sulfuric acid at 160 ℃ for 60 rain, the extraction rate of pentosans was up to 88.61% and the hydrolysis yield was 55.06%. After prehydrolysis the fiber length was decreased from 2.05 mm to 1.44 mm and the fines content was increased from 30.47% to 40.97%.
