论管理学艺术化

On Artistic Management

由于管理活动的艺术性,单纯用实证的方法来对管理现象进行科学说明是不可能的。管理活动的艺术性决定了管理学应该反映管理活动的艺术属性。基于波兰尼的"个人知识"理论,管理学艺术化本质上应体现对管理现象的理解和领悟,而非仅仅是大样本量的实证。在实证主义看来应该被摒弃的个人理解,恰恰是管理艺术化知识的精华所在,艺术的价值在于其独创性而不是"普适以至于平庸"的所谓科学规律。

Due to the artistic quality of management activity, it is impossible to make a scientific explanation for us to use empirical analysis simply. The artistic quality of management activity determines that management should contain this artistic attribute. Based on Polanyi＇s Personal Knowledge, the art of management should embody understanding and comprehension on management phenomenon in nature, not but huge sample evidences. The positivists reckon that the abandoned personal understanding is the essence of management art, and the value of art lies in its particularity bat the so-called scientific law, universal and even mediocre.
