当前,我国中小企业对美经营存在的问题是,缺乏科学的管理理念和完善的商业计划书,缺少强有力的产品质量保证,缺乏对美国市场的调查和研究。我国中小企业应通过市场调查,做好商业计划,制定适合时宜的经营战略,选择适销对路的产品策略,制订合理的跨国经营产品价格,采取低成本高效用的产品市场促销策略,从而成功实现对美经营的目标。
